Today’s job report confirmed what Michigan voters already knew – Kamala Harris is not equipped to lead the country. Kamalanomics is failing Michiganders.
Increasing to 4.3 percent, the unemployment rate is now at its highest in over two and a half years since October 2021. July’s jobs report came in “MUCH weaker than expected” as unemployment surged. Now thanks to Kamalanomics, economists are warning that the U.S. is in the early stages of a recession.
It is time to elect a President with a proven track record of economic success – under Donald J. Trump’s leadership, average weekly wages rose 8.2 percent. According to a YouGov poll, Americans trust President Trump to handle the economy and inflation over Harris by a 14-point margin.
While Michigan workers are struggling, foreign-born workers are thriving in Kamala’s economy. Over the last year, 1.2 million native-born Americans lost employment while 1.3 million foreign-born workers found jobs. Kamala Harris’ dangerously liberal policies are benefitting ILLEGAL immigrants rather than Americans.
Bottom Line: Despite attempts to downplay Kamala Harris and Elissa Slotkin’s failures, Michiganders are not fooled; they know Harris and Michigan Democrats are to blame and unable to handle a recession. This is Kamalanomics and Slotkin is supportive of her failing policies. Come November, Americans will send a clear message when they go vote for Donald J. Trump to make America wealthy again.
