Democrats are engaged in a relentless campaign to label all things Republican as “extreme.” But the GOP”s positions on some of the most contentious issues align more closely with the sentiments of American voters than those of Democrats.
For example, Donald Trump wants to enact mass deportation of illegal immigrants and hasn’t been shy about saying so.
That puts him in sharp contrast with Kamala Harris, who in the past has advocated for an overhaul of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and decriminalizing border crossings. One of her main jobs in the Biden administration was fixing the border crisis, which she has been unable to manage.
