In case you missed it, Michigan Democrats are sounding the alarm. Days after Representative Debbie Dingell admitted “we [don’t] know who’s going to win Michigan yet,” Democrat Nominee for Senate Elissa Slotkin said the quiet part out loud.
During a fundraising call with donors, Slotkin told the crowd that “I’m not feeling my best right now about where we are on Kamala Harris in a place like Michigan.”
“We have her underwater in our polling.”
Don’t sound so confused, Elissa. There’s a bunch of explanations for why Michiganders don’t want another four more years of Kamala Harris.
- Historic inflation and sky-high prices, costing Michiganders thousands of dollars to maintain their lifestyles
- A wide open southern border, ushering in fentanyl and illegal immigrants, many of whom are criminals, making our communities less safe
- An obsession with electric vehicle mandates, which are poised to destroy Michigan’s auto industry
- The very real threat of World War III
- The inability to take responsibility for putting us in this mess over the last three and a half years
Not exactly the type of track record that warrants a promotion, is it?
