LANSING, MICH — The Michigan Republican Party went after out of touch Democrats Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer for stoking the flames of inflation and forcing Michiganders to pay even more for groceries.
“Inflation is still at a 40 year high, groceries have reached the most expensive prices in 12 years, wreaking havoc on Michiganders,” said Gustavo Portela, MIGOP Deputy Chief of Staff & Communications Director. “While out of touch Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer continue to celebrate their Inflation Expansion Act, working families are struggling to make ends meet with no relief in sight thanks to Democrats.
