Lansing, Mich — Michigan Republican Party Chairman, Ambassador Ron Weiser, released a statement following the final debate for Michigan Republican gubernatorial candidates on Wednesday evening in Pontiac:
“Gretchen Whitmer’s actions have proven she is only interested in ascending the political ladder, not getting to work for the benefit of Michiganders,” said Ambassador Ron Weiser, MIGOP Chairman. “She failed to fix the damn roads, forced students out of the classrooms, put the elderly in danger, and destroyed our small businesses, the backbone of our economy. Michiganders are done with Gretchen Whitmer’s incompetence and this November, they will vote to usher in a new era of economic prosperity.”
