“Michiganders don’t need an economic report to tell them inflation has jumped 7.5% in the past year – they feel it in their pockets every time they pay bills, buy food at grocery stores, and fill up at gas stations,” said Gustavo Portela, MIGOP Communications Director. “With inflation growing at the fastest rate in 40 years, it’s clear working families in Michigan continue to bear the brunt of Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer’s failures. The people of this great state need – and deserve – a break from Democrat policies that force them to pay more for just about everything these days. This November, voters will have an opportunity to elect Republicans to usher in an era of economic prosperity for all.”
