LANSING, MICH – The Michigan Republican Party released the following statement after a new report shows the average American has lost more than $4,000 in annual income since Joe Biden became president, and as Michigan gas prices exceed the national average:
“Democrats’ war on the working class, inflicted by liberal career politicians like Joe Biden and Gretchen Whitmer, has reached a new grave milestone as reports show the average American has lost thousands of dollars in annual income since Biden took office,” said Jerris Jackson, MIGOP Press Secretary. “Michiganders are getting pummeled by Democrat-led economic destruction as inflation remains at a 40-year high and state gas prices continue to exceed the national average. Meanwhile, Gretchen Whitmer continues to sit on her hands, stonewalling desperately needed economic relief.
