MIGOP Slams Whitmer for Hypocrisy After Pictures Show Her Mask-Free in Crowded D.C. Bar 

(Lansing, Mich.) – Michigan Republican Party Communications Director Gustavo Portela released the following statement after pictures surfaced showing Gretchen Whitmer mask-free in a Washington D.C. hotspot, while Benton Harbor residents suffer through a crisis:

“It’s remarkable that while Gretchen Whitmer was partying it up in DC, Michiganders can’t afford to fill their gas tank and lack clean, safe drinking water,” said Gustavo Portela, MIGOP Communications Director. “Her reckless mistakes and blatant hypocrisy are costing people lives and livelihoods. Michiganders are ready to fire Gretchen Whitmer and get to work on the issues facing our state.”
